Couple Therapy
Learning to communicate, to respect each other and to go in the same direction
Couples can encounter various emotional, relational or sexual obstacles in the course of their life together. I offer you a serene, peaceful and caring space where communication becomes possible. We will identify conflicts and try to restore the possibility of talking to each other.
Here are some of the issues we can address during the sessions:
Relationship problems:
- Frequent and repetitive discussions: Recurring conflicts that do not lead to constructive solutions.
- Lack of communication: Inability to express emotions or needs, leading to misunderstandings and frustration.
- Mutual blaming: Systematically blaming your partner for problems.
- Separations and divorces: Managing major crises that can lead to a break-up.
- Extramarital relationships: Impact of infidelities on the couple’s trust and stability.
Emotional difficulties:
- Physical or psychological abuse: Identifying, understanding and managing toxic behaviour within the relationship.
- Seeking escape: Excessive involvement in outside activities (professional, social) to distance oneself emotionally and sexually from the couple.
Repeated choice of dysfunctional partners: Difficulty building healthy relationships due to negative relationship patterns.
Sexual problems:
- Lack of sexual desire: Decreased or complete/partial absence of sexual desire.
- Rejection or avoidance of sexual activities: Feelings of rejection or discomfort related to sexuality.
- Physiological problems:
- Difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection or vaginal lubrication.
- Lack of pleasure or pleasant sensations during sexual intercourse.
- Delayed or absent orgasm or ejaculation despite satisfactory intercourse.
- Genital pain before, during or after sex.
- Involuntary vaginal contraction preventing penetration (vaginismus).
